1. Agreement to Terms

By downloading or using CosmoWhisper, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the application. These terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.

2. License

We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use CosmoWhisper for your personal or professional use, subject to the limitations of your subscription tier. You may not distribute, lease, or sell access to the application.

3. Subscriptions and Recurring Billing

Pro and Ultimate plans are billed on a recurring basis (Monthly or Yearly). By subscribing, you authorize CosmoWhisper to charge the agreed-upon amount through our third-party payment processor (PayPal).

  • Renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
  • Pricing: We reserve the right to change our prices with 30 days' notice.
  • Yearly Discounts: Yearly plans are paid upfront for the full 12 months at a discounted rate.

4. Cancellation and Refunds

You have full control over your subscription. You may cancel at any time without penalty.

  • Method: To cancel, you must log in to your **PayPal account**, navigate to "Manage Subscriptions", and select CosmoWhisper. Alternatively, you can contact us at louisdesouza@gmail.com to request a manual cancellation.
  • Timing: Upon cancellation, your premium access will remain active until the end of the current paid billing cycle.
  • Refunds: We offer a **14-day money-back guarantee** for your first subscription purchase if you are unsatisfied with the service. Beyond 14 days, all sales are final and non-refundable.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to use CosmoWhisper for any illegal purposes or to attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or interfere with the operation of the application. Abusive use of the "Unlimited" transcription tier (e.g., botting or scripting) may result in account suspension.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

CosmoWhisper is provided "as is" without any warranties, express or implied. While we strive for 99.9% accuracy via our AI engines, we do not guarantee specific transcription quality and are not responsible for any errors or omissions in the output.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CosmoWhisper shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the application, including loss of data or profit.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which the company is registered, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
